New Delhi: The Congress Thursday fielded Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Kamal Nath’s son Nakul Nath from the Chhindwara Lok Sabha constituency, days after it fielded Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot’s son Vaibhav from Jodhpur.
Kamal Nath will contest the assembly bypoll for Chhindwara.
The Congress announced a total of 12 candidates from Madhya Pradesh, including Vivek Tankha from Jabalpur and Arun Yadav from Khandwa.
In Tamil Nadu, it fielded Karti Chidambaram from the Sivaganga Lok Sabha seat. His father, the former finance minister P. Chidambaram, was the Lok Sabha MP from Sivaganga seven times. Karti himself fought the 2014 election from the same seat on a Congress ticket, but finished a distant fourth as the AIADMK swept the state.

What else do you expect from a dynastic party? For his own survival, Rahul Gandhi has to let its mini leaders also have their minor dynasties. Surprisingly our self certified liberals, psuedo secularists, award wapsi gang etc do not see anything wrong in it. No wonder they are not taken seriously and are forced to write open letters from time to time to get their 15 minutes of fame.
