New Delhi, Aug 30 (PTI) A 20-year-old woman was safely rescued from the terrace of the Unity One Mall in Delhi’s Rohini after she was found attempting to jump from the building on Sunday, an official of the Delhi Fire Service said.

A fire department team was alerted at around 8.50 pm, and a water tender was rushed to the spot.

The woman was rescued at around 9.15 pm through the joint efforts by Delhi Fire Service personnel, mall security guards and Delhi Police, the official said.

She was subsequently handed over to the Delhi Police for further necessary action. PTI BM PRK
