Two killed in Delhi-Haridwar highway crash

Muzaffarnagar (UP), Mar 2 (PTI) Two people were killed and two others injured in a an accident on the Delhi-Haridwar highway, police said on Wednesday.

The incident took place on Tuesday night when another car hit the car in which the four friends were travelling to Haridwar from Ghaziabad, they said.

The four were going to Haridwar to take bath in the Ganga, police said.

The deceased were identified as Gaurav (32) and Aniket (30), they said.

The other two friends, Naveen Tyagi and Harpal, who were severely injured, were admitted to hospital, according to police. PTI COR NB CK CK
