Mainpuri (UP), Oct 6 (PTI) Three members of a family were killed, while one person sustained serious injuries when their motorcycle was hit by a container truck in Bewar area of Mainpuri district early Tuesday, police said.

Superintendent of Police (City) Arun Kumar Singh told PTI that the speeding container hit and dragged the motorcycle for about 3 km near village Karapia in Bewar.

The deceased have been identified as Suman (27) and her two daughters Divyanshi (4) and Lali (1). Suman’s husband Rishi (30) sustained serious injuries.
