Jaipur, Apr 27 (PTI) The Rajasthan Assembly building was thoroughly checked by a bomb disposal squad after an email threatened a bomb blast on the premises was received, officials said on Monday.
The email was sent to the official email address of the Rajasthan Assembly on Monday morning following which police were informed, they said.
The bomb disposal squad and other teams were rushed to the Assembly building, which was thoroughly searched, police said.
However, no suspicious object was found during the search and the threat appears to be a hoax, they said. PTI SDA MDO NB
