Just like the Shakespearean work about the 7 stages of life, an individuals work life balance hinges more upon what stage of life they are in. Hence viewing work life balance from a daily lens is highly misleading. In the youth when one is high on energy and ambition, it is but natural for a large populace to be hopeful and slog their life at work. Even Mr Gogoi is incorrect to take this debate towards the binary of man and woman in a family !
