Bhadohi (UP), Sep 19 (PTI) A four-storey hospital allegedly operating without the required registration for more than 10 years was sealed by the health department here, while an FIR was registered against its operator, officials said Saturday.
Chief Medical Officer Santosh Kumar Chak said a team of doctors inspected Jeevan Raksha Hospital on Chauri Road on June 27 following a complaint received by the department.

The department had also received information that several government doctors were providing services at the allegedly unauthorised hospital. The matter is being verified, Chak said.
The hospital was sealed on Friday, he said.
