New Delhi, Aug 2 (PTI) Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Sunday visited Lal Bahadur Shastri (LBS) Hospital in Mayur Vihar Phase-II, interacted with patients and reviewed the healthcare facilities at the government-run hospital, according to an official statement.
During the visit, Gupta spoke with patients and their family members and took their feedback on the facilities being provided in the hospital. She said direct public interaction was the foundation of a better healthcare system, the statement said.
The chief minister also inspected the hospital’s cleanliness, the availability of medicines and the quality of healthcare services, and directed the officials concerned to ensure that the necessary improvements be implemented without delay, it said.
