New Delhi, May 31 (PTI) A delegation from Nepal’s ruling party, Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), led by its chairman Rabi Lamichhane, will visit India starting June 1 at the invitation of BJP president Nitin Nabin, the BJP said on Sunday.

The delegation will meet Nabin and other senior BJP leaders during its visit to New Delhi, said Vijay Chauthaiwale, the BJP’s foreign affairs department in-charge, in a statement.

He said the visit aims to initiate party-to-party engagement between the RSP and the BJP and provide an opportunity to exchange views on organisational practices, democratic processes and people-centric political outreach.

“The Bharatiya Janata Party welcomes the delegation and looks forward to constructive dialogue,” Chauthaiwale said. PTI ADI ASD ASD
