Gaya Ji (Bihar), May 5 (PTI) Vietnamese President To Lam, who is on a three-day visit to India, was welcomed by Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary in Gaya Ji on Tuesday.
Lam was received at the airport here in the morning by the chief minister and other senior officials.
The Vietnamese President is scheduled to leave for New Delhi later in the day, hold wide-ranging discussions with Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday, and also meet President Droupadi Murmu in the national capital, officials said.
“The spiritual, cultural, and heritage city of Gaya Ji warmly honours the arrival of the esteemed President of Vietnam. This historic arrival will undoubtedly take the already deep India-Vietnam relations to new heights,” Choudhary said in a post on X.
