Noida, May 4 (PTI) Three persons, including a woman, were killed and a seven-year-old girl was injured in a collision between a car and a truck on the Eastern Peripheral Expressway in Greater Noida’s Dadri area on Monday, police said.
“Four persons – two men, one woman and a girl – were travelling from Bhilwara in Rajasthan to Banaras in a WagonR when the accident occurred,” an official at Dadri police station said.
The incident took place around 3 am Monday near the Shahpur underpass on the stretch from Dadri towards Ghaziabad when the car hit the truck from behind, police said.
The deceased were identified as Vivek, Ram and Mamta, all residents of Bhilwara in Rajasthan. The girl sustained injuries but is stated to be out of danger, they said. PTI COR KIS — MNK MNK
