Agra: The Taj Mahal complex, which is normally crawling with tourists and hawkers, is unusually quiet these days with the panic over coronavirus forcing India to stop international flights from coming in and imposing a nationwide lockdown for three weeks.
Counted among eight of the world’s wonders, the Taj Mahal in Agra is typically buzzing with activity from dawn to dusk. However, with the lockdown, the only ‘tourists’ it gets now are the local wildlife and the odd local.
