New Delhi: L’Opéra, the premier French pastry and bakery house in India, has unveiled its Diwali 2026 collection of gourmet hampers, introducing a decadent selection of new festive treats. The exclusive lineup includes Rose and Pistachio Cookies, Coconut Lime Cookies, Blueberry Lemon Butter Cookies, Fig & Walnut Sablé and Gianduja Swirl Cookies, among other delicacies.

“This year, we have explored a wider flavour palette for our biscuits, from delicate floral notes and bright citrus to buttery fruit-induced combinations and timeless chocolate indulgence. Each recipe has been developed to complement the festive season while offering our guests something new to discover,” said Kevin Duthel, executive chef at L’Opéra.

The bakehouse, with the motto of “bringing joy every day”, has created the collection to celebrate the season with gifts that are meant to be “shared, savoured and remembered”.

Festive gift to be remembered

The collection blends French craftsmanship with refined design, underscoring the brand’s focus on thoughtful gifting this festive season. The gift hamper will include an assortment of signature offerings by the bakehouse.

This year’s collection is a cohesive collection rather than a series of individual boxes. Each box is designed to explore distinct visual narratives.

The owners are inspired by serene botanicals, ornamental florals, celestial motifs, lush landscapes and the spirit of travel; each design has been created as a keepsake, making the packaging as memorable as the gift it holds.

“A festive gift should be remembered long after it has been opened. This collection reflects that philosophy, where thoughtful design and exceptional craftsmanship come together to create hampers that are as meaningful as the delicacies within them”, said Laurent Samandari, CEO & co-founder of L’Opéra.

The bakehouse, Samandari’s brainchild, came in 2008. Later,

his parents, Kazem and Christine, also joined to help make his vision a reality. The family is actively involved in running the business and maintaining the high standards of service and excellence that it has set itself.

Nine Years, Made Possible by Readers

In 2017, Shekhar Gupta started ThePrint with a simple belief: Indian readers want journalism that asks why and what next, not just what. And that enough of them would be willing to pay for good journalism.

Nine years on, that belief has held.

And, in these nine years, we’ve stayed true to our mission. We’ve been asking the follow-up questions, going beyond the headlines and explaining what’s actually happening. We’ve travelled across the country to bring you in-depth, visually-compelling stories from the ground.

It’s been nine years of readers choosing to make this possible. If you’d like to be one of them:
