(Reuters) – Tropical Storm Kirk has formed over the Cape Verde Islands, the U.S. National Hurricane Center said on Monday.
The storm was about 700 miles (1125 km) west of the islands, packing maximum sustained winds of 45 mph (70 kph), the Miami-based forecaster said.
