We need more strong willed people like Mr Gadkari and Mr Sreedharan if we need to come out of third world tag that the west gives us. only a better and fast connected nation can have a wholesome and fulfilling development. We only need to look to our east like singapore hongkong south korea etc to see how better connectivity leads to better development
It’s time to stop awarding projects to lowest bidders it’s high time to review bid awarding procedure otherwise our projects are not going to complete in time and with quality and ultimate we are heading towards big loss more over financial institutes will also not come forward to finance the projects
Roads are the basis of development. Good job by Gadkari. India needs roads which the Khangress never built in 70 years. The Modi Government has put the pedal to the metal and is building roads at a frenetic and incredible speed. All kudos to Gadkari.

Regarding quality a third party inspection is necessary to maintain it.Also lakhs of crores are being invested more and more Engineering graduate s must get proportionate employment.
Well said Mr Minister, first lets see why u say no debt,,, its because you are robbing from Petrr to pay Tom,,,, the roads u soeak of, yes after completuon please let us know how long they last,, without crscks,, without bumps etc, come one monsoon and Mr Minister please do you have time to travel on these roads,,,, you are yet unableto control heavy trucks driving on the wrong lanes on highways,,, bad lighti g on highways, no milestones,,, and you say NHAI will take us to USA and Europe,,,, its a wishful thinking gone too far
Show a road which is not affected due to heat, water and snow.
I have seen how they are affected in USA, GULF and India. So, don’t be so pessimistic and anti gov.
