In such false and forged complaint the ICC will ensure that there is prima facie case against the accused on this false allegation. The ICC is constituted in such manner.
No ICC is constituted in all the stations or offices but an ICC to act according to the whims and fancies of the management is constituted region wise. To quote an example ; there is no ICC FOR THE STATE OF KERALA BUT ICC CONSTITUTED AT CHENNAI WILL DECIDE THE FATE OF EMPLOYEE’S IN KERALA.
