There is a difference between someone who has made several attempts and got in by virtue of his caste and the present case where he has come through merit. In my service there was a bright supervisor who was SC. However none of the “higher caste” lower employees took any instructions from him!
For 25 yrs, Raju was not discriminated …his promotions went thru. At the first hurdle he blames the system…..he wants it smooth thru life. Think of others who are deprived all the time

Being so “learned” why u want ur promotion on the basis of “SC/ST category” ??
No Sir, it’s u who is “discriminating” ur self from your own fellow officers (batch mates), who have been working from years in civil services as you with the same dedication & hardwork.
It’s u who got every thing from education to job decorated on golden plate of “reservation”. And now again u want ur promotion not on seniority basis but on the basis of reservation.
Now who is discriminating whom?
