There are a few points which need answers:
1) what was the total contract amount, how much paid and what partion was due. Normally there is running bill which is paid and final bill on completo on of work. Most of the time the bills are inflated by contractor and finally settled. In this case no such information is being provided.
2) to say that suicide is abetted there should be a direct link, dispute on payments is a normal business transaction so suicide due to dispute cant be base for abettment
3) it also needs to be examiner what were the total dues and what the proportion of debtors was vs those dues, if both are diaproportionate how one can be responsible for suicide
4) in corporate structure all decision are not taken by owners, to.prove him.guilty he should be directly involved in the decision making.
5) mr. Naik seems to have milti businesses so there could be an issue with his overall finances, in such case there is no case of argument
6) he did not approach the court for recovery of money, what stop ped hum from taking legal recourse, was this money really payable.or just transaction to convert money from black to white or vice verma,
7) he already had good connection with shiv sena so it is surprising he did Not take help from them, were jis transactions with them proper,
8) the manner in which arnab was arrested also.smacks of political vendetta…
