Gujarat HC shouldn’t take down clips of judge’s outburst. Transparency can’t be conditional

The Gujarat High Court asking YouTube to remove clips of a judge’s outburst at a fellow judge and his subsequent apology runs counter to this—full faith follows full disclosure. Transparency can’t come with conditions.
