Supreme Court has dismissed review petitions and no government will ever restore it. Omar Abdullah’s focus on development is pragmatic. Let Mehdi live in a la-la land.
However, restoration of statehood is a legitimate demand, which should be conceded at the earliest. Ladakh too is not completely at ease.
