  1. Just recently, Indian diplomats were advised to project India more effectively abroad. Not sure this oration meets that standard. 2. A larger point. The world sees us a little differently than we see ourselves. For example, India’s ranking in several important global indices. A more nuanced response is expected in dealing with fair criticism or questioning.
