Twitter finally offers an edit option. So, is it just about correcting typos or also editing thoughts? Or fixing tweets triggered by outrage/intoxication, now blamed on hackers/nephews? Will it make Twitter more responsible or less? How will bots respond? Too many imponderables. But this is happening and you’ll be okay.

Bail for Setalvad is good move. But we must ask why SC gave moral legitimacy to the arrest

Good that SC granted Teesta Setalvad bail. Its rebuke of Gujarat HC’s procrastination is well-deserved. We must also ask why the SC had nudged the police to take away the liberty of Setalvad and others. It gave the arrest moral legitimacy. This low point in India’s judicial history deserves introspection.
