India vaccinating a record 4.3 million people in a day Monday is splendid news. This pace should be sustained and built upon to reach a minimum of 5 million daily soon. It can make up for the slow early pace of the campaign and soon produce results with lower infections.
One indirect benefit of having good relations with Russia is that it can play a constructive role in our always tense relationship with China.
