The state emblem of Manipur features a Kangla Sha, a mythological creature that is half -lion and half- dragon. This creature is a guardian dragon lion and can be seen at Kangla Palace.  Due to the prolonged ethnic clashes in Manipur, today Kangla Sha is badly injured and in dire need of Peace. This is what I have tried to portray through my cartoon. Though it will take a long time for the state of ‘Manipur’ to get normal but for many who have lost their family members and all means of livelihood and shelter, the things will never be the same.
