So far as my mind goes to reveal what I have to say, there is a clutter of issues on which I may take a stand.

Most important point always in mind is the judiciary which has to clear up the political mess and yet has to be trolled by BJP’s prominent member as Law Minister. This shows the state of political bankruptcy of political leadership.

Then, there are burning points on wrestlers’ cries for justice. BJP, otherwise super sensitive on sexual issues, is horribly silent to protect a Bahubali politician. Stooping down to such a low for political gains is not BJP, the people had voted for. Anyway, I feel that now that even if Karnataka results have come out against BJP, there may not be rationality to think properly because I believe that this political party frankly holds conviction that it is an undefeatable party for Lok Sabha polls.

In Maharashtra, BJP has gained an utterly poor image as a better party than Congress. In its whim and fancy to wipe out congress, in Maharashtra, it is actually putting life in congress by vigorously letting CBI, ED and I Tax people to go after all opposition party leaders recklessly. The congress, although ignored by other opposition parties, is required to be appeased. Congress with its leaders who are also as irresponsible as BJP leaders, gain credibility for no valid reasons.

The entire public life of people., as never before, stands so divided…. into those who blindly support BJP and those who don’t. The hatred of opposition is so sharp and keen that I have always been at pains to learn how the morality of our democratic framework is falling apart. BJP politics had always been mere rhetorical and with no substance except the hatred for those in power. Now that they are in power, they are playing the same hatred card against the opposition, forgetting that they had also been doing the same when not in power. The power has not taught the party to be responsible, logical and at least somewhat adhering to the constitutional backbone of our nation. Every other time, the Supreme Court has to remind this Govt of its constitutional duties, reflecting utter lack of honesty and disregard for truth.

The economy is yet another major part of a nation’s life. BJP has been playing with this so badly that I pity the great bureaucracy ICS, IPC cadres so compliant with the irrational, partiality of dictates of this Govt. I had always had great respect for these cadres for their intelligence and able administrative acumen. But in recent times with BJP as their masters the cadres have become rudderless.

So far, news and all that is happening is world at large and India in particular, ThePrint has, I am sure, a Top position in digital media for its Chief Editor Shekhar Gupta whose very appearance on screen inspires great confidence and correct side of any story. I look upon him and in fact, because of him, I have taken up a monthly subscription of The Print. Under his leadership, indeed, we have the best team of Reporters, Editors and anchor men and women of best qualities. The stories of The Print are second best to the stories in The Indian Express and The Hindu. As I am following ThePrint and holding it for all my political and economic views. In competition with The Print, I attend shows of Karan Thapar and Deepak Sharma. I find the same ardent desire in these shows to expose BJP politics as ThePrint has.

Finally, I don’t know up to what extent, I have opened up my say coherently and as expected from me. Nevertheless, I thank ThePrint for this novel idea to scintillate the Readers to reveal what they feel.
