The United Arab Emirates (UAE) Minister of Economy, Abdulla bin Touq, has discussed with the Secretary-General of ASEAN, Kao Kim Hourn, a range of economic topics, including bilateral trade and investment, finance, and halal industries, a PIB press release stated.
During the discussion, the two ministers discussed the potential for strengthening economic cooperation between ASEAN and the UAE, with a focus on small and medium enterprises, halal industries, and finance.
The discussion was held in a bilateral setting in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
