MEXICO CITY, April 23 (Reuters) –  Mexican authorities said on Thursday that Fernando Farias, an alleged fuel trafficker, has been arrested in Argentina for extradition purposes.

Farias was detained in Buenos Aires on an Interpol red notice while carrying a false Guatemalan passport, authorities added.
