TOKYO (Reuters) – An earthquake shook eastern Japan with a magnitude of 6.2, according to public broadcaster NHK.

The temblor shook buildings in Tokyo as well as the surrounding prefectures, according to local media.

There was no tsunami warning following the quake, NHK said.
