A renowned personal trainer of Melbourne, Shane Pace has been working in the fitness industry for over 12 years. He is also a famous online coach and mentor known for his work with elite athletes, celebrities, and people and for helping them work on their physical appearance. His training has helped in improving the performance of athletes on the field.

Shane has launched the Be Elite online training platform which has helped thousands of people get into their optimal shape and improve their health and well-being. Besides this, Shane along with three partners is the owner of the fastest-growing group fitness company, Body Fit Training ‘BFT’ in Caroline Springs.

He is also a sponsored athlete for Rule1 Proteins and the co-host of the Endless Hustle Podcast where he interviews celebrities, entrepreneurs, and former professional athletes.

Shane first found his love for fitness at the age of 12 when he started playing Australian-rule football. He excelled at a junior level representing Vic Metro and Western Jets along with winning multiple junior leagues as the league’s best player representing Altona football club in the WRFL.

Why everyone needs a personal trainer now

In 2009, he started in a new direction. He studied personal training and completed numerous courses to further enhance his knowledge about how to become the best personal trainer he could be.

He became a personal trainer in 2009 and got extremely busy after just 12 months — he was the busiest personal trainer in his gym, which was back then called Fenix Fitness Clubs, and is now known as Goodlife.

In 2013, he opened his own high-performance gym; it had the largest altitude room in the Southern Hemisphere. In 2015, he parted ways with his business partners and ventured out on his own to create Be Elit3 Pvt Ltd. The gym is now known as the Be Elit3 online training platform.

A large number of global populations have opted for a fit and health-conscious lifestyle and plunged into the online fitness training bandwagon. The reason for its growing popularity is that it gives the flexibility to work out at your own time, pace, and space making it an attractive proposition. Many fitness trainers and coaches have capitalised on the opportunity and entered the online training space like Shane. Shane, however, had started early and is doing exceptionally well in his field and is well on his way to expand his business and influence.

Shane says: “I observed that many had lost touch with their daily fitness routines due to the lockdown as all gyms and fitness centres were under lock and key. The motivating factor was lost, and I wanted to bring back that energy in people which was missing due to lack of their exercise regimes which once was a part of their daily life.”

Shane Pace is also a loving husband and a father to three children. As a fitness trainer, he has earned great name and recognition in a short span of time.
