How do I contact Temu if I want to return the products?

Not all purchases will be suitable for every individual’s tastes and preferences, and some items may have been mistakenly shipped, or damaged prior to delivery due to human error. Knowing this, Temu lays out a comprehensive Return/Refund Policy for the majority of its items, which customers may choose to return for various reasons.

The customer may have received the wrong variation of an item, or a completely different item from what they purchased. They may have purchased the wrong size, or received a damaged item. Thus, Temu ensures users maintain a pleasant shopping experience with their return policy.

However, not all items can be returned. Items that have been damaged after they have been delivered to the client are no longer covered under Temu’s return policy. Similarly, clothing items that have been worn, or with the tags and hygiene stickers removed, are ineligible for return. The same applies to intimate clothing, as well as items that are labeled as non-returnable.

“Is there a window for the return of my purchases?”

Temu allows its customers to return purchased items for up to 90 days after the date of purchase. As long as the time frame does not exceed the 90-day window, Temu will process the return for most products within certain categories.

What if I processed a return for one item, but want to return additional items? Temu covers additional returns as well, as long as they are products eligible for return, and are within the 90-day window.

After submitting your return/refund request, you must send the relevant items back through the return window within 14 days. Failure to ship out the items for return will automatically hold your refund, and cancel your request. If the return is successful, then you will receive your refund in your Temu account within 7 working days.

“Do I have to pay the return shipping fee?”

Returning items incurs shipping costs, but for your first return, shipping is absolutely free! However, succeeding returns will incur a shipping fee of USD 7.99, which will be deducted from the refund amount returned to you.

The same principle applies in the case where a user has already processed a return on one item, and would like to return additional items afterwards. The return on the first item is free, if it was included in the first return of the user, but returning additional items will incur the standard shipping fee, even if the items are from the same merchant or order.

“How can I process the return of my purchases?”

Requesting a return/refund on your purchases is made simple, as Temu has a “Return Order” button under every purchase. You won’t need to return every item you received from the same order as you can choose to return only the items you were not satisfied with. Here’s how:

1. Log into your Temu account, and go to “My Orders.”
2. Locate the item you wish to return, and click on the “Return Order” button.
3. Choose the item(s) you want to return and input the reason for returning the item. You could be asked for additional order-related information depending on the reason you chose.
4. After providing the necessary details, click “Next Step” to continue.
5. Select the method of return, review the information submitted, and click “Submit” to process your return.
6. Temu will then ask you if you would like to print the return label for shipping. Click “Print Return Label” to tape it on the item to be returned.
7. Send the package via your local UPS or USPS office. Be sure to do so within 14 days, or your return request will be closed.
