If we look closely the institute’s that missed the tag are all those that teach social science and humanities course. The students who join these courses are those that think differently and humanely. The government do not want anyone to think so that they can manipulate the young minds. The tag is just a farce to discourage students from joining the institute and thus make these courses irrelevent. It really do not matter which institutes have the tag or not.,as kids who have this bent of mind will anyway drift to these courses
Mera Bharat mahaan. A yet-to-start JIO university is an eminent university and Azim Premji university that’s in existence for 10 years and one that has made a mark in Teacher Education is denied the tag
Unfortunately, the Government thought it fit to give the status of an Institution of Emnience to the Jio University, despite its not even in existence, leave alone rankings….transparent Government…three cheers ✌?✌
How does Jio Institute deserve the tag then? It doesn’t even exist, just a bunch of plans. Ashoka & Azim Premji have better environment that some established universities in the West.
