Beyond that, the main question that remains despite the decision of the Supreme Court is related to the absence of a true independent administrative authority using the data for the unique identification. This is the real problem. It is unfortunate that this point is not treated precisely. On this side there is a work of explanation, clarification and pedagogy to be done. This is missing.
