Punjab Police had arrested Bagga from his Delhi home in case stemming from his allegedly 'incendiary' social media posts, including against AAP’s Arvind Kejriwal.
Last month, Punjab Police had booked Delhi BJP spokesperson Bagga, who had been attacking AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal over his remarks on ‘The Kashmir Files’.
