Fire broke out at the chemical plant Wednesday night following explosion in a chemical tank containing inflammable chemicals, says Surat in-charge chief fire officer Basant Pareek.
The investigation found that the Takashila building, which caught fire, was prone to such hazards because of its low ceilings and use of tyres as chairs.
