Naynima seems be indulging into speculations when she starts the article by writing “India’s newly-inaugurated link road to Kailash Mansarovar may not see smooth operation anytime soon as Nepal has raised strong objections to it over territorial claims.”. If she listened to her boss, Shekhar’s ‘Cut the Clutter’, she would have known that the route is existing one being used for the yatra for many many years and what is changed is the construction of a new all weather road within the Indian territory in Indian occupation. In fact, Shekhar went deep into the history of the area and explained the technical issues clearly. Nepal may have given any statement but that cannot stop yatra or anything else.
