Delhi HC quashed anti-graft watchdog’s sanction order against Moitra but not the probe. It directed Lokpal to re-examine the issue in a month, in accordance with statutory framework.
Delhi High Court reserved its order Friday on Trinamool MP's plea. Moitra challenged the Lokpal order on grounds such as violation of principles of natural justice & irreparable harm.
