The people being deported entered US illegally – without the required visa and work permit. As oer law, they have committed a crime and are, therefore, criminals. What’s so wrong about handcuffing criminals?
Yes, in India we don’t do that because of some idiotic court judgement. But in every single western nation, criminals are handcuffed while transportation.
These are not innocent and naive people as the Opposition leaders would have us believe. Neither are they poor – a dunki trip costs around 50 lakhs. They made the trip because they could afford the money.
