In the North and West of Indian, people have little respect for women. On top of that, this girl was a Dalit (I am assuming that on the basis of the Ambedkar photo mentioned by her father). A girl from a prosperous Dalit family is a constant source of irritation to upper caste men from financially weaker families. They consider themselves the victim of usurpation done by her folks. The crime described here might have had motifs other than sexual.
This incident took place near my residence..There is nothing like this…she was not tortured because she was dalit..she was tortured because the boy was of pathetic mentality and a horrible person. Stop coloring every incident in communal colors without knowing anything about the incident.
It is disgusting to read that such heinous crime can take place in broad daylight.we are not safe even inside home .Law must be so stingent that nobody should dare to involve in crime .Shocked to hear such incident.Think about the parents during daylight we feel safe and we have to work .Even class 12th student is not safe what about smaller ones .It is high time criminal must be hanged to death so that nobody will ever dare to involve in such gruesome murder.
Media has not mentioned about rape and regarding our justice system the only word is uff, in the entire world our country is the only place where people fear police and law system. Let the culprit be subjected to same treated for 6 hours.
I live in same city in which this shameful incident has happened. Feeling shocked after loosing a fellow sister.
Who has now the guts to say that women are safe in this country? She was an aspiring doctor and a very bright student. I’m feeling helpless while writing this. It’s not that we have caught the culprit but why such incidents happen in first place! Nobody could have thought that our so called ‘Saare jahan se acha’ would become like this. Situation has gotten worse!
This incident will never be forgotten. We have lost a gem.
Actually she live in our locality. And we are so sad to knew about her. She was brutally raped and murdered. I don’t know why media and everyone here is keeping that low. Neighbours who saw her body after his brother came back from school who had no idea what happened to her and shocked to see her dead body. He is now in depression. Neighbours gone inside after him and said, ‘ She was alone at home that day and criminal came and raped her then he had beaten her on head by bat multiple times and scratch her body by knife even some mass of her body was lying separate from her. She was naked and the floor was full of blood. It is one of the most brutal case and i have no idea why police, media, people and everyone is keeping that so low. I hope the worst will happen to the criminal because I don’t have any faith in law and justice of this country. There are countless pending case.
