This proves that they (apps/China) has something to do with privacy.
Because in explaination they are blaming Indian action and threatening on the name of WTO and what else, instead of promising that apps are secured and are no threat to anyone!
I just hope Modi do not go back and allow these apps to operate if the issue is resolved. This ban should stay to develop the eco system. It’s a shame that we cannot develop our own apps, when many Indians are leading big software companies in the world.
Dear China, why the same WTO norms do not apply to your country? Why have you blocked WhatsApp, Facebook, Skype, Google in China? Why have you blocked access from China to Indian digital media? Why national firewalls? Why deep packet inspection? About jobs, NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS. We will replace your APPS with our own. Eventually we do it for rest of the world, now we will do it for home market. Good bye and NO thanks.
