In India there is one and only one parameter to judge the the upwards economic momentum — that is migration of people, for even lower level jobs , from poorly ruled states to better off states. Have you seen rush of people lining up on railways ticket windows to fetch tickets for Raipur ( Chhatisgarh ) in Gujrat, Maharashtra, Haryana , or Karnataka . ? While writing on these type of topics do keep in mind the victims of Lalu and Nitish s Raj in Bihar also .
