The first edition of OTC in the knowledge city of Bengaluru was a befitting one with Union Minister for Human Resource Development (HRD), Prakash Javadekar. The insightful minister, who was joined on stage by renowned cardiac surgeon Dr. Devi Shetty, filled the audience with an enormous amount of optimism about the country’s future even as he deftly dodged controversy.
The event was held on 7th October 2016 in Bangalore.
