Vijayawada, Oct 13 (PTI) Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Joseph Vijay on Tuesday visited the famous Kanaka Durga temple here and offered prayers.
As soon as Vijay arrived, clad in a dhoti, he was accorded traditional honours by the priests of the shrine.
A special puja was also performed in which the TN CM took part.
Acknowledging the cheers of the devotees at the temple, the actor-turned-politician greeted them with folded hands.
Vijay is scheduled to meet his Andhra Pradesh counterpart N Chandrababu Naidu in the evening.
