Rajnath Singh, Naidu offer prayers at Prasanthi Nilayam in Sri Sathya Sai district

Puttaparthi (Andhra Pradesh), May 15 (PTI) Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, and others visited Prasanthi Nilayam here on Friday and offered prayers to Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba.

Earlier, Singh and Naidu laid the foundation stone for the Rs 16,000 crore Advanced Medium Combat Aircraft (AMCA) infrastructure facility at Puttaparthi before proceeding to Prasanthi Nilayam.

Union Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu and Andhra Pradesh IT Minister Nara Lokesh also accompanied them during the visit to the spiritual centre.

According to a press release from the Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust, Singh, Naidu, and other leaders offered prayers at Prasanthi Nilayam.

Following the darshan, the trustees held cordial interactions with Singh and Naidu, sharing details of the humanitarian initiatives undertaken by the trust in healthcare, education, rural welfare, and spirituality, inspired by Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba’s message of selfless love and service to humanity.
