New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to meet around 24 prominent personalities, including Nobel laureates, economists, artistes, scientists, scholars, entrepreneurs, academicians and health sector experts, during his three-day US tour.

Among those he will meet is Indian-American Grammy-winning singer Falguni Shah. Shah had recently collaborated with PM Modi for a song titled ‘Abundance in Millets’. The song was inspired by Modi’s proposition in the United Nations to declare 2023 as the International Year of Millets. The song has been sung by Falguni alongside her husband  and singer Gaurav Shah. It features a speech written and delivered by PM Modi.

Modi will also meet Indian-American businesswoman and Grammy-nominated musician Chandrika Tandon. Tandon is the chairperson of the 1992-established firm called Tandon Capital Associates. She is also one of the board members at the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and the Berklee Presidential Advisory Council at the Berklee College of Music.

PM Modi is on his first state visit to the US, following an invitation from US President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden. He will also visit Egypt after his US tour.
