The Indian junior women’s hockey team won the AHF Junior Asia Cup title by defeating China 1-0 in a closely fought summit clash on Sunday, qualifying for the Junior Women’s Hockey World Cup.
“A proud moment for Indian hockey! Congratulations to our Junior Women’s Hockey Team on retaining the Asia Cup with a superb unbeaten campaign,” Modi said on X.

India beat South Korea 4-1 in the men’s Junior Hockey Asia Cup final on Sunday to win the title for the fourth straight time.
