Aizawl, Sep 14 (PTI) Mizoram’s opposition Mizo National Front on Monday named senior party leader Tawnluia as its working president, MNF sources said.
The announcement comes amid the party’s efforts to strengthen and streamline its functioning, they said.
MNF president Zoramthanga named former deputy chief minister Tawnluia as the working president during a session held at the party office here.
Zoramthanga also appointed former home minister Lalchamliana and former legislator D Thangliana as vice presidents, the sources said.
