New Delhi: A minor girl was allegedly gang raped by four men in New Delhi’s Greater Kailash area Saturday night, ThePrint has learnt.
Atul Kumar Thakur, Deputy Commissioner of Police (South), told ThePrint that all four accused have been apprehended and an FIR has been registered under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. The girl has been taken for medical examination to AIIMS.
The girl, 14, works as domestic help and lives with the family that employs her. But she had gone to a servant quarter at a nearby house, where the alleged incident took place. When she returned to her employers’ house crying and covered in scratch marks, they filed a complaint with the Greater Kailash Police Station.
The four accused — identified as 20-year-old Shivam, 30-year-old Manglesh, 18-year-old Hari Shanker and a 17-year-old juvenile. The girl told ThePrint she knows three of them, while the police said the juvenile is her ‘friend’.

Why she went to servant quarter
The girl told ThePrint that she had gone to get a phone charger from the servant quarter at the nearby house at around 11pm. However, the police said the girl was called to the servant quarter by the juvenile.
“A boy (the juvenile accused) was also working (for the same employers) but he left the job one month ago. She was befriended by the boy there. Victim stated that on Saturday, her friend, a resident of Benikheda village, Fatehpur, UP, aged 17 years, called her at his friend’s place of work in Greater Kailash, where three more persons were also present,” DCP Kumar said.
The girl recalled being dragged inside by the four men. “All four forced themselves on me. In the morning around 4 am, one of the them had accidentally opened the door, which is when I ran out and rushed home,” she told ThePrint.
“I scratched them as well. The entire night, they violated my body. They tried to strangle me as well but I fought back. I was bleeding when I reached (employers’) home,” she added.
The employer, who did not wish to be named, said the girl normally slept in a room in the house itself, but had gone to the nearby servant quarter Saturday night.
“She told us that she was going to the servant quarter to talk to her mother. Otherwise she sleeps in my mother’s room. We let her go, after that all of us slept and had no idea that she stepped out,” the employer said.
“In the morning, she came home crying. It’s then that my wife and I came to know about the rape. She told us the names of the accused and I instantly put it on our local WhatsApp group, and the accused were nabbed. The accused are known to us and to the girl since the locality is the same and they are all daily wage workers,” the employer said.
The girl has been working in their house for the past two months and her parents, who are daily wage labourers, live in a jhuggi cluster in southeast Delhi.

NO SC/ST angle found, hence victim is deliberately reported as 14 yr old, minor girl, domestic help. Social identity of victim & accused is also concealed. This kind of reporting is part of fake data creation, fake history writing project. A careful, well planned effort is going on to conceal crimes against ordinary class Hindus by deliberate non-mention of caste of victim & accused. Fake one-sided data is compiled and then quoted in various forums.
If a 17 year old can rape . He is a rapist and law should not treat him as juvenile.
THE police force of that area should be demoted by a year.
THE elected political representative of that area should be dismissed and not allowed to fight elections for next five years.
If the court doesn’t decide within six months. The judges should be dismissed..
THE parents of the children who have raped the girl should be jailed for 5 years for not being able to raise boys properly.
