New Delhi: The ‘Desh Ka Prakriti Parikshan Abhiyan,’ a nationwide health awareness initiative launched by the Ministry of Ayush, has seen significant participation with over 10,000 volunteers and thousands embracing Ayurvedic principles. The campaign aims to empower individuals to understand their unique Ayurvedic Prakriti (mind-body constitution) and adopt a personalized health approach, a PIB press release stated.
The campaign, which has over 10,737 volunteers actively driving its outreach efforts across the country, has already reached 6,828 participants who have completed their Prakriti Parikshan (assessment). Additionally, 11,608 citizens have pledged to incorporate Ayurvedic principles into their lives. Union Minister of State (I/C) for Ayush, Shri Prataprao Jadhav, expressed enthusiasm for the campaign’s progress, stating that the response signifies a growing acceptance of Ayurveda in daily life. He emphasized that each participant contributes to building a healthier India.
The ‘Desh Ka Prakriti Parikshan Abhiyan’ seeks to provide citizens with tailored health insights based on their Prakriti, promoting disease prevention and holistic well-being. The campaign also aims to break multiple Guinness World Records, such as the largest online album of Prakriti certificates and the most pledges for a health campaign.
The Ministry of Ayush continues to encourage widespread participation in the ‘Desh Ka Prakriti Parikshan Abhiyan,’ aiming to integrate Ayurveda into every citizen’s health journey.
