Beed, May 15 (PTI) A 25-year-old man was killed after a tractor rammed into his motorcycle on the outskirts of Beed city in Maharashtra, police said on Friday.
The accident occurred around 9 pm on Thursday at Antharvan Pimpri on Beed-Pimpalner road.
The deceased, identified as Rahul Sahebrao Waghmare (25), was travelling on his motorcycle from Beed town to Khande Pargaon when a tractor collided head-on with his two-wheeler, the police said.
Waghmare suffered severe injuries in the impact and was taken to the District Civil Hospital, where doctors declared him dead, they said.
A case has been registered and investigation into the accident is underway. PTI COR NP
