Mumbai, Jun 22 (PTI) The Maharashtra government on Monday transferred three IAS officers, appointing P Velrasu as Additional Metropolitan Commissioner of the MMRDA, according to an official order.
The posting of Velrasu, an officer of the 2002 batch, as secretary (forest) had been announced in an order issued on June 16. He has now been appointed as Additional Metropolitan Commissioner of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA).
Sanjeev Kumar, an IAS officer of the 2003 batch, who was serving as Chairman and Managing Director of Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Ltd (MSETCL), Mumbai, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department at Mantralaya.
Vikram Kumar, an IAS officer of the 2004 batch, who was serving as Additional Metropolitan Commissioner, MMRDA, Mumbai, has been appointed Chairman and Managing Director of MSETCL, Mumbai.
